Operating Hours
Hotel Reception Hours: 8am to 5pm
Night Manager: On call from 430pm to 8am.
No Check-Ins Mon, Tues and Public Holidays
Laundry Hours: 8am to 5pm. Laundry Tokens will be collected from reception. Laundry Powder – $2.
Car Park: Open 24/7. Parking is not guaranteed and will work on a first come first serve basis as we have limited bays. We will charge $15 per night for parking – otherwise guests will have to source other parking options. There is no free parking in Fremantle. Guests who park with the Hotel, will need to provide their registration number upon arrival. Guests will have their Hotel key card specifically coded to gain access to parking. Parking Access is on Parry Street.
Check-In Requirements:
Check in starts from 2pm.
Guests must have valid Photo I.D – Passport or Drivers License
Guests must have a credit card to take a bond of $150. This Bond is a pre-authorisation and will look like a pending transaction in the guests banking account. This is just a “hold” of the money in the guests account and not a purchase. This means that after check-out, the bond will be automatically released, by their bank, after 3-7 business days, depending on the bank itself.
Guests must fill out a registration form upon check-in and will not be allowed access without the previous requirements. All guests, including children, must be included on the registration form so everyone can be accounted for in case of an emergency.
Checking Out
Check-out is 10am, Late check-outs will not be permitted or guest will incur a late check-out fee.
Guests can checkout with reception in the morning, or if reception is not open upon time of checking out, they may put their key cards in the key box by reception, or the one by the gate in the carpark.

No Parties
No visitors after 10pm.
Please ensure that the communal bathrooms are kept tidy.
No smoking in the rooms – guests may leave the hotel, or go to the backyard smoking area. Smoking Fine – $200.
Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed.
Guests cannot take drinks or food from pub up to their rooms.
As the hotel is an older, heritage style building, we are unable to provide air conditioning in every room. If needed, there will be fans available.
Any rooms deemed to be overly messy or there are broken items, guests will incur a charge taken out from the pre-authorisation bond for the incidentals.
Guests will be asked to leave if there is any indecent or abusive behaviour. There is a zero tolerance policy of offensive behaviour.
Rooms will be cleaned by professional housekeepers with the use of various disinfectants.
The rooms are not wheelchair accessible.+
